Nominated as Local Registrar for the Caribbean Examination Council Exams (CXC) on St. Maarten. 

Head of the Federal Department of Education section Windward Islands

2008

Coordinator Windward Islands for the new Naturalization Examinations.

Trainer for various adult groups (literacy groups, postal services, police training courses).

Worked at the University of St. Martin in compiling syllabi and functioned as Chairperson of AVE education board.

Education

Elementary and Secondary Education at the Filomena College, San Nicolaas Aruba.

Teaching degree at Secondary level in Eindhoven, the Netherlands

Postgraduate Certificate in Adult Education at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad

Followed, successfully the Inspector training in Curacao and the Netherlands.

Throughout the years also followed other certified training courses: Computer training course in Barbados, WIEMS first responders training in St. Maarten.

Secondary Activities

Throughout the years have functioned on numerous educational, language and community committees and organizations.

Functions as qualified translator whenever needed.
